Shipping Area: We currently offer shipping within India. Orders can be picked up in-ware house at our Kamothe, Navi Mumbai location or delivered directly to your address.

Shipping Charges:
Free shipping on orders above ₹1000.
A flat rate of ₹50 is applied for orders below ₹1000.

Return Policy:

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags intact, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Toys, Custom orders, sale items, and intimate products like baby undergarments are non-returnable.

Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within the return window. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.

Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
